Your new gift card will appear on screen, but you can also find it under the ‘My gift cards’ tab.

If prompted, select the location where you want to use your gift card, then confirm the payment by swiping the green “Complete payment” button.
Frequently asked questions
Your gift card shows the business and locations where it can be used. Check these before using your gift card, as it may not be accepted at every location operated by the business.
Log in to Giftos and open your gift card. The gift card details show your remaining balance, expiry date and terms of use.
This depends on the terms of use. Some gift cards can only be used once, while others can be used multiple times until the balance has been spent. Check the terms of use shown on your gift card in Giftos.
Yes. If your gift card balance does not cover the full purchase amount, you can use it to pay part of the total and pay the remainder using another payment method accepted by the business.
No. Giftos works entirely in your browser, so there is no need to download or install a separate app. You can access your gift card from any device, whether a phone, tablet or computer, by logging in at giftos.fi.
Logging in protects your gift card against misuse and prevents others from using it simply by accessing the gift card link. Creating a Giftos account is free. Once you are logged in, you can view your gift card details, balance and expiry date.
First, check that your gift card has not expired and is valid at your chosen business or location. If the issue concerns whether the gift card is accepted or relates to a purchase, contact the business that sold the gift card. If your gift card will not open or you are experiencing a technical issue with Giftos, contact Giftos customer support.
